Day 43 - February 15, 2026 - Easter Island, Chile

From the port of Hanga Piko, we traveled by bus to the ceremonial site of Tahai, one of the oldest settlements on the island, in the village of Hanga Roa.
There are three ahu or restored ceremonial platforms located on the small rocky cliff that rises above the sea.
On one of the platforms, you can see the only Moai statue with its eyes re-inserted, projecting its spiritual power to protect its tribe.
