Day 53, Tuesday, March 18 2025 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Sugar Loaf Mountain
Private 2 day tour arrainged by Chantal Lemay-Becker, a guest on the ms Volendam.
The summit of Sugar Loaf are reached by two cable cars. The first ascends to the shorter Morro da Urca, 722 feet high.
The second car ascends to Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf). The cars are Swiss-made, bubble-shaped that offer views of the surrounding city.
The ascent takes 3 minutes and depart every 20 minutes.
