Day 6, Thursday, January 30 2025 -Santa Marta, Colombia.
HAL tour "Tayronaka Indian Reserve".
Explored the ruins of the Taironaka Indian Reserve with their thousand-year-old treasures of the Tayrona people.
It was a strenuous and long hike to the ancient stone city of Tayrona. I toured the remains of their terraces where they lived,
and the paths, aqueducts, stairs, water vessels, and grinding stones that remained.
The Tayrona Museum is the sanctuary for the thousand-year-old archeological treasures of the Tayrona people.
I was exhausted after this tour! It should have been described as strenuous and beyond!
