Day 5 - Belize City, Belize - HAL tour of Xunantunich Mayan Ruins - Jane and Jack
Xunantunich is about 70 miles west of Belize City, located atop a ridge above the Mopan River and near the Guatemala border
A hand-cranked ferry takes you over the Mopan River to waiting vans to take you the one mile to Xunantunich Myan ruins. The village near this site is the closest Belizean settlement to the Guatemalan border.
