Day 7 - August 29, 1977 - Thunder River - River Marker 133.7 - ARTA Grand Canyon Raft Trip.
Thunder River is on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and is the world’s shortest river before it flows into Tapeats Creek. The Thunder River falls 1,200 feet for 1/2 mile before flowing into Tapeats Creek which flows into the Colorado River.
